Usually, when we make a blog, wether in wordpress or else, our site is written like yourblogname.wordpress.com, you can’t get a clean URL, like www.yourblogname.com, and if you want to be like this, you have to buy domain, and you maybe want to ask me, how to change my blog URL to be like yours? www.techguideblog.com is cleaner than febyisalive.wordpress.com, make people no need to type too long for your blog’s URL. Now I will try to explain to you how to make this URL.

1. First thing first, you have to get your domain and http://www.co.cc is a free domain, depends on your domain’s name, if your site URL is like www.shifu.co.cc, you have to pay for this domain, because it’s simple and clean, so if you want to get a free domain, make it not too clean and short, but not too difficult to remember and type.
2. Now, check the availability of your domain’s name and you will know whether it’s free or not. If it’s available, you can continue your registration.
3. If you don’t have the account in www.co.cc yet, you have to register first. After you complete the registration, you have to set up your domain in 48 hours, if more than that, the registration will be canceled, so set up immediately after you create your account.
4. Press Set up button and you will be given 3 ways to set up your domain, I will explain and prefer with first way, select manage DNS because you can host your own domain and you have to fill name server 1 with ns01.000webhost.com and name server 2 with ns02.000webhost.com and click set up button.
5. After you change your server name, it usually takes 2 days to active at most, but I think it will active immediately after you set your name server (I have tried it).
6. And now, you have to create an account in 000webhost to host your own domain in this link http://www.000webhost.com/206811.html.
7. Sign up and fill the form, start from filling your domain name above, your name, e-mail, password, and number verification and check the ToS check box.

8. After you create your account, you can start by going to control panel and click Fantastico Autoinstaller, you can find it at Software / Services category.
9. Install WordPress and fill your username and password, this account is used to log in to your blog later.
10. After installation (it’s just take several minutes) now you can start blogging by log in to your blogsite and start post and manage your blog pages.

That’s my favorite mainboard for now, the price is low and yet the feature is great. With PCI-E Gen2.0 x16, it’s very awesome and Intel GMA X4500 is just to be good for onboard VGA. For many people say, that ECS is low-entry mainboard, but I don’t need a board that can be overclocked, I just want a work fine mainboard, and ECS can worth for 5 years more for normal use I think. Don’t you agree?

The price market is at 80 USD now. Cheap, isn’t it? for mainboard with PCI-E Gen2.0 x16 it’s usually at above 100 USD to 300 USD. This is the main reason why I like this mainboard. It’s upgradeable and supports 45nm processors.

Unfortunately, this mainboard doesn’t have firewire port, because it is targeted for low-entry you said, with this price market at 80 USD. But again, I don’t have any device that use firewire port, so this feature isn’t so necessary for me now.

This mainboard also support dual-channel memory and support up to 8 GB DDR2. Very upgradeable for me, it’s still enough for me with this capacity. And Micro ATX form factor is implemented in this mainboard, makes it more energy saving and take a small place.

The conclusion is, this is a good mainboard, with 80 USD price market, it’s reasonable for people with limited budget but want good feature. It’s also support PCI-E Gen2.0 for gaming purpose and dual-display. And if you don’t need a board for overcloking contest, it’s the best choice.

Hey, hey, hey, did you know that now you can download your school books from http://bse.depdiknas.go.id/ and it’s free, you don’t have to buy school books anymore. You just have to register there and you can start download the books. After you get the files, you can print it from your home or internet cafe and start reading the books.

The books are divided per chapter and per class grade, so you can download what you need. The files are compressed in .zip format, so the size is small and no need to worry about your internet quota. The books are available in PDF format, so you need application like Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader to open and read the books. I’ve registered in there and download what I need to learn and I got many exercise from that books, it’s very good, because I do private teaching too, I teach junior high school and senior high school students, so this is the great service from government to help students to learn more and exercise. Thanks to this, I can make some questions for my pupils.

These books unfortunately, are not so many, just some books like mathematics and science. And the files aren’t named so well, title is not shown in file name, so hard to guess the right file to download. But it’s not big deal after all. I think this is well, this is very good program from government to improve education in Indonesia.
